Serving others is a mainstay of Christian living. All Saints' members are committed to serving our community, serving our congregation, and encouraging support of the social service groups within the greater ELCA (Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.)

All Saints' provides local social agencies such as the Caregiver's Network, the Compass Center, and the Federal Way Multi-Service Center with both financial support as well as volunteers. Members at All Saints' have numerous opportunities through the year to assist students and their families at Mark Twain Elementary School. The Women of the ELCA (WELCA) have numerous service projects during the year that lift up those in need.

Serving others also includes serving our own congregation. Numerous service opportunities can be found without leaving the church! Keeping the church facilities warm and inviting is done mostly by YOU! Work Parties are scheduled throughout the year to take care of both big and little chores. Those looking for individual tasks can help with Gardening or specific Building Maintenance items. The Joyful Giving Board is in the church entryway and lists items and services needed that our members and visitors may be able to supply. Our Faith & Care Groups coordinate service opportunities for the worship services. Lesson reading, ushering, greeting, and helping tidy up are all organized by these small groups. And if organizing and administering is your gift, then there are plenty of opportunities to help with Church Administration.
